Luis Krötz
About me
Hi, I'm Luis,
a Software Engineer focused on UX.
Currently working at Dell on the Dell Design System.
I'm an IT professional with deep expertise in web development, systems analysis, and project management. I specialize in building innovative, efficient digital solutions with a strong focus on SEO, accessibility, and performance. My programming background spans ASP, PHP, C, C#, Pascal, Delphi, JavaScript, and SQL, alongside modern frameworks such as React, Vue, and Angular.
I studied at UFSM (Federal University of Santa Maria) in Frederico Westphalen, Brazil, earning a degree in Technology for Internet Systems, followed by a postgraduate course in 'Gestão de T.I' (IT Management) at UFSM.
My work is always focused on delivering pixel-perfect layouts: code that is easy to use, fast, beautiful, and smooth.
I love CSS animation. I spent years crafting Melissa's seasonal collections almost entirely in CSS, and have since worked with JS-based animations using Vue and Lottie, experimented with Three.js, and recently started exploring spec-driven development and AI.
